Trout in beet leaves for multicooker Brand 6051

Ingredients

trout (steaks) 4 things
beet leaves (or Korean salad) 4-8 pcs
green onion feathers 4 things
lemon (lime) 1 PC
chopped onion 2 tbsp. l
chopped garlic 1 tbsp. l
olive oil, salt, white pepper, sesame or coconut

Cooking method

  • Recipe from the magazine "Culinary Workshop" No. 5 2012. interested me a long time ago, and I only reproduced it in a new pressure cooker.
  • Marinate the trout steaks with a mixture of lemon (lime) juice and its zest.
  • Prepare the stuffing of chopped onion and garlic: fry them in olive oil until golden brown in the FRYING program, then cool.
  • To them (if desired) add more zest and sesame seeds.
  • Scald beet leaves (or Korean salad), green onion feathers with boiling water.
  • Fry the steaks on both sides until golden brown and put them on the leaves. Put onion, garlic on top and wrap. We tie it with an onion feather and put it in a bowl. RIS programs - 10 minutes.

  • At the end of 10 minutes, turn the steaks over to the other side and again the RICE program for 10 minutes.

  • As a result - a very juicy and tasty fish!

The dish is designed for

4 servings

Time for preparing:

40 minutes + marinating

Cooking program:

pressure cooker-multicooker

Note

In the original recipe, the trout was steamed. This is how I was going to cook, however, at the last minute I changed the program, but the second time the pressure on the RIS program was not gained.
So I think, why do we need to cook fish on this program?
Isn't it easier to steam cook? !! We will do so next time. Try it too!

Enjoy your meal!

Thanks for the recipe !!! Very interesting!

Tanya, try it for your health! This is delicious! And I just learned from the Internet that fish in combination with garlic, olive oil (there would also be soy sauce) is a good anti-inflammatory agent, and also helps to increase the level of vitamin D.

Finding beet leaves is a problem. But maybe I'm lucky

Marina, so I thought the same thing. Why Rice? But still it worked! And how beautiful it is! Trout is good in itself, but here is such a bouquet in addition. Great!

I have already grown my own in the country - I use the fruits of my labor. Can be completely replaced with lettuce leaves.

Thank you Natasha!
Surprisingly, it turned out on RIS. And in the original recipe there was no roasting - it changed everything!
