Egg porridge with zucchini in the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker.

Ingredients

Zucchini 1 PC.
Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
Cream 10% 60 ml.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the zucchini into rings, lightly salt, fry until half cooked on the "Fry" mode.
  • We put it on a plate.
  • Mix eggs in a bowl with salt, add cream, mix again.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the multicooker bowl where we fried the zucchini and stirring continuously, keep literally 2-3 minutes! On the "Fry" mode.
  • Then put the zucchini on top, close the lid, put the heating on - 10 minutes. You can also do it with tomatoes, croutons, asparagus - the second wave of shoots has just passed.
