Chicken in kefir and berry sauce (Brand 6051 multi-pressure cooker)

Ingredients

chicken breast 1 PC.
kefir 125-150ml
red or white currants handful
White wine 2st. l.
chicken seasoning / salt

Cooking method

  • Chicken in kefir is tasty and baked in the oven and in a slow cooker, but with white currants and white wine, it acquires a special aroma.
  • Grind currants with a blender
  • and mix with kefir, adding wine

  • Brush the chicken pieces with seasoning / salt.
  • Place in a bowl and pour over the sauce

  • Select the "meat" mode by default and press "delayed start", two hours or more.
  • Before starting the cooking mode, the chicken will have time to marinate.
  • Quite a lot of juice is produced during cooking
