Cottage cheese casserole with banana (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 500-600 gr.
Milk 250 ml.
Sugar 3-4 tbsp. l
Eggs 2 pcs.
Starch 3 tbsp. l
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Butter
Banana (small) 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind cottage cheese with yolks, add milk, mix. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, starch, stir. Cut the banana into cubes, add to the curd mass. Beat the whites into a strong foam, mix gently with the curd-banana mass. Pour into a greased bowl, flatten, put small pieces of butter on top. Rice mode 25 minutes (the default time seemed to me short). The lid was opened after 10 minutes.
