Cabbage casserole

Ingredients

Cabbage 700-800 g (I had a roach at 1100 ... well, minus a stump
Eggs 3 pcs
Kefir 70-100 ml
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper to taste
Cheese 100g
Tomatoes 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • The cabbage was chopped with Burner as thin as possible. I mixed eggs, kefir, mayonnaise, plus salt, pepper and spices that you like, poured cabbage and mixed everything (if the mass turns out to be thin, you can add flour or starch 1 tbsp. L) I most often add corn flour or polenta, or potato flakes.
  • Mix everything well, put part of the cabbage mass in the MV bowl, put tomato circles on the cabbage layer, sprinkle with grated cheese. Then again a layer of cabbage and again cheese.
  • I baked rice in Brand on the program for 25 minutes with forced steam release.
  • Well, very tasty !! I make this casserole quite often. Tasty, fast, healthy.

Note

You can also bake on Porridge / steam.

ABOUT! I want this casserole Tanyulya, and if you add sour cream instead of mayonnaise - is it not critical? And also with Adyghe cheese (it does not melt)?

Of course you can use sour cream. Adyghe cheese will add flavor, but not melt. The taste will be closer to curd.
I will now share another casserole, while the season of vegetables must be in time. I try to eat vegetables every day.

What a tempting and at the same time simple recipe (I'll tell you - I've already printed it myself). This is how I will go to the market for cabbage, how I will cook it and immediately report back.
And another question: if in a simple cartoon Dex 60, then what time is needed approximately

I am not familiar with this cartoon, but I think on Baking (if the bottom does not fry too much) 35-40 minutes is quite enough.
If something like Quenching, then 50 minutes.
The cabbage is young, and you need to chop it thinly, thinly, then it will be the very thing.

Tanyulya, smart girl - I laid out such an excellent recipe! Tomorrow I'll do it, well, just a wonderful casserole pie turns out, and delicious, and healthy, and simple in terms of labor costs. I love these recipes.

And here is a piece of my casserole (I won't show the whole one, because it is a little wounded and does not look very good.I put the strips of parchment crosswise, pulled out for these strips in 2 hands - and 2 diagonally broke off and my casserole flopped sideways into the bowl)
Cabbage casserole

I already tried it - I really liked the taste, we will work on the view next time.
I run to put + for the recipe, it will definitely take root with me
One question: do you need to crush the cabbage at least a little before pouring (I skimmed it). Baked in Dex60 on Baking 1 hour 20 min + 15 min. heated. It’s just that (but the casserole is very juicy anyway).
Tanyulya
I did not crush the cabbage, it is young, juicy and very finely chopped, while I was stirring everything with a plastic spoon, it was enough. In winter, for such a casserole, I heat the cabbage in the microwave after shredding.
And yet, but I didn't take it out entirely from the bowl: nea: I put it in portions of each on a plate, maybe it would have broken the same for me, I generally take out all sorts of casseroles from the bowl, but the leftovers are still warm , that would add then a warm meal True, this was played out in the summer, dad a present, well, a piece by yourself and that's all .. Today I bought two heads of cabbage, maybe tomorrow I'll do it again.

Here's the idea with a micro merci, I wouldn't have thought of it myself

What a delicious casserole. We liked it very much. The good news is that in such a heat you can cook such yummy food without an oven. I cooked on the "baking" and then left it for another 30 minutes with the lid open.

Thank you very much for the recipe!

I liked the recipe - I took it to my place .. But due to the fact that I’ve only been "mastering" the cartoon for a week and a half, I wanted to ask. Maybe you know to which regime to adapt this recipe for Panas? the point is that in the "Stew" mode, this casserole will "float", that is, will there be a LOT of excess liquid? I assume that we have it either pilaf or baked goods. Maybe someone has already tried this recipe in the Panas cartoon?

In Panas, boldly baked goods, for a start, 40-50 minutes, and then according to the circumstances. And leave to cool a little in a bowl. Everything will work out, don't worry

Thank you .. Let's try, then, the BAKING mode, then I will report what happens, and what adjustments to this dish for our MV need / do not need to be made.

but it seems to me that in the oven it will still not work out that way ... all the same, MV-ki are doing their job ... either a special mode of heating and cooking plays a role, or the presence of a "vacuum" space!

maybe in this case then the form should be covered with something? For example with foil ?! Just in the oven, the top will brown, and the bottom can turn out to be "liquid"?

Well, I don't know what kind of oven you have, you already look at its capabilities.

I stole this recipe last year and often use it, but only then I was not a registered user, but just a guest and therefore did not remember whose recipe it was. Thanks again

Tanyulya, you write: "I baked rice in Brand on the program for 25 minutes with forced release of steam"
Now I'm making your casserole, but I didn't get steam, it got hot, the countdown went - it's already 15 minutes on the scoreboard, but the valve didn't rise.

The pressure should build up, there is liquid in the same place. How is the valve? On pressure?

What program did you start baking on? Tatyana baked on the RIS program, on this program the pressure must work, you need to set it yourself.
And there is no pressure on the Baking program.
Check the program you used

And in the cartoon Panasonic can you need pilaf on the program? or is it Tanyusha's baked goods?
Svetlana4ka
The casserole turned out, despite the fact that the pressure did not build up. Program Fig 25min the valve is in the HP position, but it did not react. 2 minutes before the end, he began to hiss actively, but the impression was that there was not enough steam for the fuse to pop up. I opened it right away - the bottom turned out to be ruddy, a little wet. The casserole stood for another 7 minutes on heating with the lid open, dried.
Delicious turned out. I am happy, thanks, I will cook more)))
Made from winter cabbage, warmed up in the microwave for 8 minutes. Most likely, the reason is that this cabbage is not juicy, and I turned the nozzle on the wrong side in Berner, in general, I tweaked it larger, and noticed when I had already shredded everything.
Thank you, Tanyulya Thank you, Admin

Lily, my Panasonic, who now lives with my mother at the Bakery, fries quite a lot, it can even burn.
I'd rather try it on Plov, but ... again, I don't know how Panasonic works for you.
Good luck, make a casserole.

Yes, Tanya should be tried on pilaf,

Tanyulya, thank you for the casserole, great, like a pie, only without dough. And warm is delicious, and cold is also very good.

TanyulyaI'm bringing my casserole and thanks. Recently, the husband of her beloved had another surge in the idea of losing weight. And I suffer: look for and prepare dietary meals. I always reacted to cabbage with the following phrase: "I'm not a goat, I don't eat it!" And I answered him - this casserole! Come on, dear, for a sweetheart! I ate and praised! I also really liked it: juicy and tender. Baked in MV Polaris 0517 on Baking for 1 hour. There she is:

Maybe it's too late, but I wanted to say about Panasonic. Casseroles (cottage cheese, cabbage, manna) work well with the Baking and RICE program, that is, the first on the list. On the program, I got raw pilaf, as if in sauce. By the way, maybe not in the subject, but on January 20, my first Panas was 10 years old. Plows at least 2 times a day, every day! And also yoghurts once a week, plus guests sometimes ... This is a machine! Pah-pah, so as not to jinx it.

My favorite cabbage casserole in baby Redmond RMC-02. Half the norm. thanks again for the recipe for the vegetable dish!

Baked in a multicooker Philips 3095., only without a tomato, the child does not eat.
She sprinkled the bottom of the multi with cheese following the example of Loya, it was he who was so brown. The child asked for a supplement, super!
