Pork loin in red wine

Ingredients

Pork loin 2 Kg
Bulb onions 1 goal
Semi-dry red wine 700 ml
Spices, salt taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the loin, rub with spices and finely chopped onions, fill with red wine and put in the refrigerator for at least a day.
