Cottage Cheese Pie (Lazy)

Cottage Cheese Pie (Lazy)

Ingredients

Shortbread 180 g
Butter 100 g
Pasty cottage cheese 500 g
Sugar 50 g
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Egg 2 pcs.
Starch 2 tbsp. l.
Berries taste

Cooking method

  • Crumble the cookies and grind with butter (I did it with a blender).
  • Mix cottage cheese, sugar, egg yolks and starch until they are pasty. Beat the whites well and gently spoon into the curd mixture with a spoon.
  • Put the cookie crumbs on the bottom of the bowl, making the sides. Put the berries on the crumb and pour the curd mass over them.
  • Baking for 1 hour.
