Stewed potatoes with mushrooms

Ingredients

Onion 3 pcs
Canned champignons (or other mushrooms) 2 banks
Potatoes 7-8 medium pieces.
Salt taste
Pepper (mix) taste
Water or milk 1/4 cup

Cooking method

  • Chop the onion and mushrooms and fry in the Fry to the desired state, stirring occasionally. At the end, add a little salt.
  • Add potatoes cut in half rings, season with salt, pepper a little, mix. Pour in 1/4 cup hot water (or milk). Close the lid on the lock, high pressure, groats mode (default pressure 50, time 9 min.).
  • I didn't release the pressure, I waited until it returned to normal.

Note

Sprinkle with herbs when serving. Delicious!
