Egg 1 PC.
Soda (quench with vinegar) 1 tsp
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Grated zucchini 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Mix everything, bake in a bowl greased with vegetable oil for 1 hour 50 minutes, then remove the bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Cool thing! I would never have thought of using zucchini like that. Well, in general, no one guessed by the taste that it was there, rubbed it on a fine grater and squeezed out the liquid. Plus there was no coffee at home, so I replaced it with cocoa, then we will try with coffee too.

And, well, also from the deviations from the recipe - I did it in panasonic, baking for 55 minutes + be sure to let stand, as indicated in the recipe.
