Cooking method

  • The broth on beef brisket for the soup was pre-cooked.
  • Set the "Baking" program in the multicooker, heat the bowl. In a hot bowl, place chopped onions and carrots (the slices are rather large), chopped cabbage. Pour in vegetable oil, add spices "For meat dishes" from Kotanyi. Fry for 10 minutes. Add ketchup, stir, fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Install the "Stew. Soup" program. Add hot meat broth to the contents of the bowl. Put potatoes, washed corn grits in a bowl. Add dry marjoram and rosemary, a little salt, allspice, bay leaf. Cook for 35 minutes, focusing on the readiness of the potatoes.
  • Put chopped sorrel leaves, finely chopped parsley and dill in a bowl. Add pepper and salt if necessary. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the garlic passed through a press. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Turn off the multicooker. Let the soup brew a little.
  • Bon Appetit!

Time for preparing:

About 1 hour

Note

The soup turned out to be quite thick, just like you need for a cold summer day.

For my taste, neither sour cream nor mayonnaise is required for this soup.

I cooked a small amount of soup, as soups with cereals become too thick after a while. Better to eat it freshly prepared.

Tanya, I have the impression that you can make soup-soup-borscht out of everything. It's always so interesting to read your first. Thank you)

Angela, well, I want something new all the time))) By the way, last week I cooked Turkish soup with mint, I really liked it. Now I will often cook this. This is how, as a result of experiments, favorite recipes remain in the piggy bank.

Today I cooked the same cabbage soup, but without ketchup. I liked it better. The taste is more "green".
