Tomato juice need
Garlic (large teeth) 2 pcs
Parsley 3 branches
Dill 1 branch
Astoria tomato ketchup 1 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil need
Meat broth 1 l
Salt taste

Seasoning Tomatoes & Olives KOTANYI taste

Cooking method

  • The broth was cooked in a Steba multicooker: beef brisket, a piece of beef pulp, carrots, onions, celery, spices, water. Program: 30 min at 0.7 pressure. The pressure was relieved forcibly.
  • The broth was cooked for the future use not only for this soup.
  • While the broth and meat were boiling, I did all the preparatory work.
  • If the broth was cooked in advance, then the preparation of the soup generally takes very little time.
  • I put coarsely chopped carrots, onions and bell peppers into the bowl of the Redmond RMC-02 multicooker, added vegetable oil. Installed the Baking program. I added tomato ketchup (the choice fell on Astoria ketchup because of its spicy taste), KOTANYI Tomatoes & Olives seasoning (also contains basil, oregano, sage), salt, pepper from the mill. She simmered in oil for 20 minutes from a cold state, stirring occasionally. She turned off the multicooker.
  • I cooked tomato sauce in a frying pan on the gas hob. A large fresh tomato, two "Uncle Vanya" tomatoes were cut into small pieces. I put it on a hot skillet in vegetable oil, added tomato juice from a can of tomatoes, seasoning "Tomatoes & Olives" from KOTANYI, salt and pepper. Put it out until cooked. I put finely chopped garlic, parsley and dill, mixed. She turned off the gas.
  • As soon as the broth was cooked, I added it to the Redmond multicooker bowl to the stewed vegetables, put the chopped potatoes in the bowl, added allspice and bay leaf. Installed the "Soup. Stew" program. Cook for about 30 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked. Then I put tomato sauce in the multicooker bowl, cooked for another 5 minutes.
  • Checked for salt, pepper and other spices. She turned off the multicooker. I let the soup steep for 5 minutes.
  • She laid out the meat on plates, each according to his needs.
  • It turned out to be a thick and very aromatic soup! And delicious !!

Note

I would not call this dish goulash soup, since the latter is cooked a little differently.
KOTANYI's Tomatoes & Olives seasoning adds flavor to this dish. Highly recommend.

I put the tomato sauce in the soup at the end of cooking, otherwise the potatoes would not have boiled in such an abundance of tomatoes.

On the forum I saw quite a few recipes for goulash soup, but I decided to put this recipe out as well, since it differs in the technology of preparation and a little in the composition of the products. If I broke some rules, then the recipe can be deleted.

I have slight deviations from the recipe - I chopped a piece of celery stalk finely and added it to the soup (the broth was cooked in advance without roots), replaced the seasoning "olives and tomatoes" with a finely chopped pair of olives (I had to put 3-4 pieces).
The combination of fresh and canned tomatoes + garlic + olive + greens is magical!
