Cooking method

  • Soak the beans for at least 2 hours, or even overnight. Boil the beans on the program 15 MIN.
  • In a frying pan, I fry the beets in cubes (I thinly on a shredder, and then in strips), peel carrots, onions, eggplant from the skin and in cubes. All this is sautéed in vegetable oil.
  • At this time, I put potatoes into our magic pan (I also cut them into cubes), chop the tomatoes with a blender, pour them there, cut the cabbage on a shredder, pepper into strips and pour my sausage, salt, sugar to taste. I fill it with water. I close the lid and on the soup for 15 minutes.
  • At the end, pour into a saucepan, finely chopped greens and garlic there.

I cook only in a pressure cooker. And I bought my daughter, a multicooker and spent the night with her for three days, well, I just can't adapt ... here the porridge is cooked for 7 minutes, and in the multicooker for an hour ... I wanted to buy it for her, and then she stopped, let herself decide what she needs: -)
I only bake in a slow cooker now :-)
