Cooking method

Only it will not come out borscht, but soup with boiled vegetables, where the taste will be definitely worse. And the same color will be lost.
Cabbage is definitely not worth cooking together with everything for so long, it will boil down into porridge.

It's good to throw everything at once if you cook soup with frozen vegetables. There you can add frozen cauliflower, green beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, corn to the carrot potatoes (rice, barley, etc.). I cooked borscht! cooked beans for 20 minutes, soaked for 4 hours, then threw everything and for 15 minutes. I was afraid that it would be porridge. but everything turned out superb. nothing has been digested. Oh, I didn't write it in the recipe, I cut the cabbage thinly thinly. Therefore, 15 minutes there is not at all suitable.
