This morning I put corn porridge (0.5 m / s corn grits per 3 m / s milk, time 10 minutes). The lock never clicked. And from time to time she came up and pressed the lid harder. It didn't help The countdown started at 12 minutes. The temperature at the end of the program showed 99 g. When I opened it, the porridge was undercooked. I turned it on again for 5 minutes. The lock on the lid snapped into place. At the end of the program, the temperature was 102g.

Here's how to understand it? Still, why does it depend on the fact that one time the pressure builds up normally, and the other time it doesn't feel like it at all?

I think maybe it depends on the temperature of the milk? My milk was very cold in the morning from the refrigerator, but last night it was clearly not so cold, because from the store only?

I realized that for those who cook on water, even if it is cold, the porridge program with 0.3 works correctly. But with milk - every other time. I want to try adding a little hot water to milk - maybe this will be more predictable? In all other respects, my saucepan makes me happy
