Ingredients

Dough:
Softened butter 150 g
Egg 1 PC
Granulated sugar 80 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Wheat flour 200 g
Caramel mass:
Butter 25 g
Granulated sugar 45 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Condensed milk 1 can (380 g)
Boiled condensed milk 1/2 can (190 g)
Nuts 300 g

Cooking method

  • Prepare the dough:
  • Beat butter with sugar, add egg, beat again. Add flour and quickly knead to a smooth dough.
  • Roll out the dough on baking paper in a thin layer (about 5 - 7 mm), prick with a fork and bake at 180aboutFrom about 10 minutes.
  • Caramel mass:
  • At this time, melt the sugar in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  • Remove the saucepan from the stove, add butter and vanilla sugar and stir until the butter and sugar are combined into one mass.
  • Add both types of condensed milk, nuts. I had a mixture of walnuts and peanuts, toasted and coarsely chopped.
  • Put the saucepan on the stove, stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer the mass in an even layer onto the baked crust and bake at 180 ° C for another 12-15 minutes.
  • Cool the finished cake and cut into strips of the desired length and width.
  • The cookies turned out to be delicious, so fragrant!

Another small addition - a wonderful nutty nougat turned out, which froze wonderfully in the refrigerator (the remainder of 2 tbsp. L.). So, next time I will definitely try to make a caramel layer in the Snickers cake according to this recipe.
