Ingredients

any meat (I have pork) 500-800g
turnip onion 3 pcs. large
carrot 3 pcs. average
any mushrooms (I have salted pigs) 0,5L can
potatoes about 500g
pickles 3 pcs.
tomato sauce
sour cream (mayonnaise)
coriander
ground pepper mixture
dried basil
sunflower oil
water
salt

Cooking method

  • Once we were driving from Moscow and not far from Skopin we saw a collapse with clay products, stopped and decided to buy a souvenir. What? The seller offered the pots and stand beautifully on the shelf, and a useful thing. This is where my acquaintance with them began. It turned out to cook simply and quickly and to serve it is not a shame. And there is no need to talk about the benefits of baked products. In general, they became a lifesaver for me. And you will cook for yourself for a couple of days, and you will beautifully feed the guests, personally!
  • So.
  • At the bottom of the pot, pour a little vegetable oil (who loves fatter, you can cut the fat). Cut the meat into 1.5cm cubes (3x1cm strips) and into pots. Salt and pepper a little, add coriander. Onions finely (or whatever they like) and in a pot. Carrots in rings 0.3-0.5 cm and in pots. Pickled cucumber - rings. We wash the mushrooms (for those who have fresh ones - we boil) and in a pot. We cut potatoes like meat and there. Sprinkle with salt and basil. We add somewhere 20-30g of water (broth is possible, I don’t use it and it’s so tasty). Top art. a spoonful of tomato sauce (can be replaced with a couple of slices of fresh tomato). Art. a spoonful of sour cream. You can sprinkle with grated cheese for beauty. Close with lids and put into oven 200C for 1 - 1.2 hours.

Note

In general, you can lightly fry all the products separately, this will shorten the cooking time in the oven, but will increase the cooking time * JOKINGLY * outside the oven and the amount of dirty dishes. The appearance and taste of the dish will change slightly. BUT I like the first option - no brands and tasty and healthy! Bon Appetit!

Wasp, mine are the same inside as outside, that is, covered with glaze. I once read, later, that not covered is much better. Before using them, you need to soak them in water for several hours, the water gets into the pores of the clay and when the baking process is in progress - it turns into steam, and the products inside the pot are processed by it, and it's kind of very cool! But you cannot wash them with detergents !!! , because they get into the same pores and remain there, and then get on the products. Only soak, with a brush, and in extreme cases baking soda. I agree with you - it's vintage! In general, in any earthenware, a special temperature regime is created and products are obtained with a special taste.

At one time, pots were in short supply, and I brought them from western Ukraine across the whole country. Everything turns out very tasty in them. Recently, we have been spoiled by multicooker, because in them everything turns out very similarly, like from a pot, but nevertheless it is nice to serve a portioned dish in a pot.
