maybe it was necessary to make thicker pieces, I cut it into 2 parts lengthwise, and maybe there are some other secrets, the grill seemed to have warmed up well, about 6 minutes

I got a gf-150, it fries great, I have enough strength for meat in full. Two steaks of 3-3.5 cm are fried in 6-7 minutes, while the meat inside remains slightly pink, but with clear juice. Fried such steaks in a pan for 25-30 minutes. the crust pleased, beautiful, fried. In general, I advise everyone to purchase. The only thing I didn't like when I bought this grill was I read a review for one video on YouTube that gf grills are clones of old models of george foreman grills, and that for the same money that they cost in the states, you can buy models with a ceramic coating. I didn't really understand, maybe I already bought myself a grill, but who likes to dig better, look in this direction as an option.

I had both. First I bought 220. Alas, it turned out to be a little defective, the lower panel heated up less than the upper one. The difference at the same temperature was 30 degrees. Anyway.
If we compare the coating of the plates, then 150 clearly wins here. Besides, 150 stripes are less frequent and wider than 220, because of this 150 is much more convenient to wash!
At 220, you need to forcefully set the temperature for each plate. Maybe a cool feature, but I quickly got tired of this procedure.
The 150 is visually massive and heavier, but it feels a lot better.

In general, oddly enough, but the cheaper model for me personally turned out to be much more beloved and more pleasant. I happily got rid of 220 (passed it under warranty).

Received a grill today (GFGril GF-150 PLATE).

I'm happy with the grill. One thing I didn't like:
the top cover is somehow not securely fixed when you open it 90 degrees. I'm afraid that you might crash hot on your fingers when you shove products on the bottom. We'll have to wield one hand, and hold the lid with the other, probably. I haven't cooked anything yet.
