Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
Rye flour with bran 1 tbsp.
Hop sourdough 3 tbsp. l. with a slide
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Water 150 g

Cooking method

  • We put all the products in the bakery and put them in the "pizza" mode for kneading.
  • Then we leave the dough in the turned off oven to rise (this is a rather long process).
  • When the dough has doubled, knead it (you can turn on the "pizza" mode) and again leave it for proving.
  • As soon as the dough has "come up", turn on the "baking" mode for 1 hour.

Note

If you use only wheat flour, then the dough will need to be kneaded twice.

I have mastered, in principle, baking bread with hop sourdough. The taste is normal, but the appearance of the top crust is already very unsightly: sagging and does not darken, although I add another 10 minutes to the set hour. Can anyone suggest what the problem is?

I can't say exactly about this recipe, I bake with kefir sourdough.
But before baking, I grease all my breads with a brush with milk or tea, or kefir. And I often sprinkle it - with a fitness mix, seeds or sesame seeds
