Ingredients

Baguette
Mazzarella
olive oil
garlic
tomato

Cooking method

  • Cut the baguette into portions ~ 1.5 cm thick. Grease on both sides with olive oil, put on a baking sheet. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 160-170 degrees. Do not wait for the top to turn brown, the main thing is that the bottom does not burn. Crush a large clove of garlic or two small ones and grate the pieces of baguette on both sides. Put mazzarella on a baguette, a circle of tomato on top and send to the oven for another 5 minutes, increase the temperature to 200 degrees. Serve immediately.
