Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 160 g
Warm water 250 g
Sugar 9 g
Dry yeast (I have a Saf-moment) 3 g
Dough:
Opara all
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 200 g
Oat flakes 90 g
Vegetable oil (I have sesame oil) 14 g
Sour cream 20% 45 g
Salt 7 g

Cooking method

  • For dough, pour warm water into a bucket of HP. Top with dough flour, sugar, yeast. Start mixing any program for 3 minutes. Then turn off the HP and leave it for 20 minutes.
  • Grind the oatmeal into flour on a coffee grinder.
  • After some time, put all the ingredients for the dough into the HP bucket. Program "French bread" (3 hours 20 minutes), 750 g, medium crust.
  • Cool on a wire rack without a towel.
