Rye flour 200 g
Yeast 1 tsp
Onion 30 g
Mushrooms 40 g
Cheese 80 g
(can be replaced with any other type of cheese)

  • Weight-1 kg
  • For Moulinex program-2.
  • Bookmark order (again for Mulinex): Water-chopped mushrooms and onion-cheese
  • -salt-2 types of flour-yeast.

rose high, but the top of the head is flat, like that of a black one, it looks grayish inside and is quite edible, it tastes more like rye bread and, of course, the aroma of onions is most noticeable, mushrooms and cheese are guessed

in general, bread for soup or salad and deserves to be included in regular baked goods

I have something, it's just hard to navigate in choosing my program that is closest to Moulinex. but now I have found the instruction and it basically became clear to me with the choice of modes.
