The Radonezh recipe is in the instructions for Panasonic 253. I used to bake this. Very tasty.
In the main mode, the dough is kneaded 2 times, but rye dough does not like this. Try to knead the dough first in the Dumplings mode, then put the Diet Fast. Then, after kneading in Diet, you need to pull out the mixer. The dough will not crumple.
