Veal (pork) curry with pumpkin

Ingredients

pork (veal) 500 g
pumpkin pulp 250 g
tomatoes (I have canned) 3 pcs
bulb onions 1 PC
garlic 3 teeth
red chili 1 PC
ground coriander 0.5 tsp
ginger root 1 cm
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
pepper, salt taste

Cooking method

  • You can take any meat. Today I cook with pork, but the veal here will be delicious! Recipe from the magazine "Culinary Workshop No. 4".
  • Heat oil in a deep skillet or wok and sauté chopped onion and garlic. Add small pieces of meat, ginger, chili and coriander. Cook for 6 minutes.
  • Veal (pork) curry with pumpkin
  • Add tomatoes to the meat and simmer, covered for 8 minutes. Pour in half a glass of water, salt and pepper and cook for another 20 minutes.
  • Then add the pumpkin and simmer for 15 minutes (I have frozen pumpkin - cook it for 5 minutes).
