Chocolate cottage cheese cake (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 300 gr.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Melted. butter 100 g
Rast. oil 1 tbsp. l
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cocoa 3 tbsp. l
Flour 1 tbsp.
Vanillin

Cooking method

  • Beat cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanillin with a blender. Add melted butter, cocoa, stir. Pour in a tablespoon of vegetable oil, mix well. Add sifted flour and baking powder. The dough should be thick. Baking mode 50 min. (I opened the lid after 10 minutes)
  • P.S: Glass 250 ml.

Note

The cupcake is very dense. From the photo it may seem that he sat down, but this is not so. I also added peanuts to the dough.
