Cooking method

  • Boil the champignons in a little water with a mushroom broth cube. The mushrooms will acquire a rich taste. Remove them from the broth, let cool and chop.

  • Cut the peeled potatoes into arbitrary pieces and put them in a saucepan. Salt, pepper.
  • Put sour cream, mix the contents of the saucepan, add a little broth, in which the mushrooms were cooked.

I always cook this recipe. to make it faster I use frozen Hortex mushrooms. even without a cube, a pretty decent result. and once made with dried porcini mushrooms (I soaked them in water and used this water in cooking - the taste is awesome)
