Yes, from 2008 to this day, thermometer --- broken ...
Helen, we don't touch the buttons on the left (there is an automatic machine ..., and those on the right can be increased and decreased (for example, on baked goods, there is a cycle of 65 minutes, or you can reduce it to 20 minutes)

boil rice on stewing or baking, these are more active modes for Panasik
rice and buckwheat cook well ...

I cook rice on a stew, I like it better.
Today I cooked wheat porridge 1: 5. Panas worked for an hour, after the signal she opened the lid, the porridge looked undercooked, mixed and left on the heating for 30 minutes. After this time, the porridge reached the desired condition.
In whatever CF I cook the porridge, I always let it stand on the heating for at least 30 minutes, or even an hour.
I cook an omelet on stewing, I like multicooker omelets.

Thank you girls I'll try to cook porridge somehow on stewing

They do, yes, Ir. Here the girls write, they don't run, it seems. I must try, it seems to me, I shouldn't, but I can't vouch. But in time it won't be faster, for sure.
I cook whole oatmeal on the stew, put it on stew for 2 hours in the evening, then it is heated until morning.
1: 4, on the water. This is how it turns out:

No, the point is that it evaporates itself until morning.

Great, we must try! Thank you Irish!

I forgot to say that my porridge does not run away, the lid is clean.
I know that some people are afraid of souring milk, if you cook porridge with a delay, especially in the summer heat, then freeze the required amount of water, load everything into the cartoon in the evening, safely put a delay and you can safely stomp around.

vernisag, Irina, I cook oatmeal just like Irisha - Agrimony ... from evening to morning ... I put it on stewing for 3 hours, but not 2, then on Heating until morning. And I soak it for about 6 or 8 hours before cooking, I change the water 2-3 times ... there were, however, cases that I forgot to soak it, then I wash it thoroughly, leave it in water for at least an hour, and then drain it and in the cartoon. It boils and tastes the same ... but maybe a little less fluffy, but I find it healthier to soak it. We have NO oatmeal in the morning ...my muSh doesn’t think breakfast is BREAKFAST without her !!!! Oatmeal every morning!

I also tried other cereals on stewing. I like it. :-) Depending on the cereal and the time I put ... wheat and millet, maximum 30 minutes, in November I fill it with hot water :-) :-) :-)
mamusi
RepeShock, Irin, your porridge is beautiful, the grains are so separate ... :-)
And we love the smarter :-), the slightest, or something, that's why I keep the Quenching for 3 or even 3.5 hours ... Kipiton is restrained ... so everything is fine. We eat it every day. :-) :-) :-)
Doesn't get bored ... I WANT it right in the morning !!!!!
RepeShock

Yes, Margarita, you can hold it longer on extinguishing. Do you also cook with water or with milk?
Of course, I rinse it well before cooking.

Sweets are eating up slowly, maybe today a biscuit is baked in panasika.

I have another question, which kid to take on vacation - Panasika or Filia?

Girls, if someone does not care about the size (that is, 2.5 liters or 4 liters, then you can take a closer look at Smile MPC 1141 (1140) - this is a clone completely ripped off Panasik, I used it (my mother-in-law has this) , the modes are exactly the same, and are set up just as well, but what is most remarkable is that you can buy a stainless steel pan or porridge with ceramics for it, because my dear one is bad (very thin) --- I know why, I I bought a stainless steel for my Maruska, and I have a new one (I bought it for a gift, I can take a photo in the evening ...), well, I tried it on from Maruska to Smile. cooks .... so that if someone needs a bigger size, then it's also a good option ... And then, Panasiki is now In deficit, and terrible .... Rita, congratulations on your wonderful helper.

Salmon in a Panasonic multicooker

The recipe was stolen from the Internet

Products for cooking salmon in a slow cooker:
• salmon (you can take trout) 600-800 grams
• sour cream 3-5 tablespoons
• lemon (I used half)
• cream 33% 150-200 grams (I take it in bags, 10% will also go, but it will not be so tasty)
• bunch of green onions (I have not used)
• greens of chopped parsley and dill 2-3 tablespoons
• salt, black pepper to taste, fish spices on request
• 4 multi glasses of water
• peppercorns and a couple of bay leaves
Recipe for cooking salmon in a slow cooker:
We clean a piece of fish from the skin (skins, I don't know how to do it correctly). Rub well with salt and spices to your liking. Pour lemon juice over the fish. Be sure to remove the bones that fall on the fish from the lemon immediately, I tried such bitter brr.
Pour 4 multi-cups of water into the multicooker bowl, put a couple of bay leaves and a few black peppercorns in the water for a steam aroma.

We install a container for a steamer on top, put a fish on it.

Cover with a lid.
We put on the "steam cooking" mode. After 20 minutes, the salmon in a slow cooker is ready, if your piece is not large, even 15 minutes is enough.

We spend these 20 minutes, which the multicooker cooks the fish, on making the sauce.

To do this, mix cream with sour cream, add chopped parsley and dill, add sea salt and black pepper to taste.

I apologize for the flood. I close it with recipes
Steam cutlets in Panasonic

The recipe is also from the Internet

Step 1. Mix the minced meat with eggs, spices and frozen herbs. Add the soaked loaf or oatmeal.
Step 2. We make cutlets with wet hands. Avoid making small or flat patties as they may be dry.
Step 3. Add 3 multi-glasses of water to the multicooker and insert the container for steaming. We spread the cutlets and turn on to cook in the "Steam" mode for 15 minutes.
The cutlets are juicy, tasty, fragrant, even hard to believe that they were steamed! But if, for example, your loved ones do not like steamed food at all, then you can fry the prepared cutlets in the "Baking" mode for several minutes, be sure to turn the cutlets over in the process.
Pola
Rituslya, Congratulations!

Girls, my little report on the development of the device.

1) Porridge dairy rolled oats - ran away, shamefully making a puddle on the table.

But what was left in the saucepan was delicious and of good consistency.

The proportions are usually 1: 4. Hercules is long. Milk 50:50 with water.

I don’t know what’s the matter ...

2) Vegetable soup with chicken... The result is excellent. Transparent and rich!

3) Rice with fried drumsticks... Also very happy!

4) Finally, BISCUIT !!! Just super! Awesome! Air!
Sedne, thank you for the inspiration!

So I'm happy with the multicooker !!!!

Somehow it happened to me that Panasik the boy moved to Panasya the girl! Painfully, he is gentle, delicate, and even such a color ... Better to be a girl!
And then the new Steb arrived in time. That's what I understand - MAN!
Pola
Sedne, Nope, Shtebishe I definitely have a man! Such "kvadratish-prakish-gud!"

Stadler was still a man, but Marusya - a girl.

About porridge ...

1ms Hercules, 4ms Liquid (50:50) ...
Sedne
I also did hercules, though 1: 3 for 0.5 ms of hercules 1.5 liquid, nothing escaped, but it turned out very thick.
mamusi
Rituslya, Congratulations!!! From the bottom of my heart with Panasik ... He is a nice kid! (Wow, how I want a second ... I want ... nI MAGU !!!)))
Pola
I just thought ... After reading the instructions (after cooking the porridge!), I saw that it is recommended to use 0.5 ms ... And I used 1ms. Maybe because of this?
But 0.5 ms is not enough porridge ?! Sedne, how much porridge did you get from such a quantity?
Sedne
Pola, 1 small serving.
petu
Sveta, try Hercules 1 to 3.5 (for me, Hercules 1 to 3 is also thick).Pola, try to cook hercules on stewing - under supervision! In my Panasika stewing is very, very delicate, the mode * milk porridge * boils more (when I need soup faster, I cook it on * milk porridge *, and not on stewing ... (though Irina, like, wrote that at her * stewing * is stronger than * milk porridge *,) so that you can see how this mode works in your cartoon.
mamusi
Pola, Obey an experienced user - cook rolled oats for your health - but grease a saucepan from the inside with a piece of butter ... in a circle over the liquid ... and that's it - there will be NO shoots!
I do like this...
Pola

Umka
Pola, many thanks for the answer !!!
vernisag
Pola, congratulations on the panasonic! Let it serve for a long time and only please!
And now I'm boiling oatmeal porridge, 1ms of cereal poured in and poured 2.5 milk (it will probably be thick), there seems to be no escape, but I ran a double boiler, just in case
petu
Girls, the program * for steam * can be used for boiling eggs, since the program is counted from the moment of boiling, then you can set the desired time to 10, 12 minutes or 1 minute. Pola, You did not understand me, ..... when there is time, pour water into the pan and set the mode * milk porridge * --- until it boils, then pour cold water and set the mode * extinguishing * and watch how the cartoon behaves in this mode .... and compare ....
RepeShock
Quote: petu
though Irina, like, wrote that her * stewing * is stronger than * milk porridge *,

Irina wrote that the temperature for extinguishing is certainly higher, it boils quietly there all the time) maybe I'm wrong.
It is better to compare the program algorithm here, it is different for them.
mamusi
I always boil delicately on "Stew", on porridge - stronger. Or maybe you mean "Baking" - that's where it immediately gives heat!
