Yes, and in general cooking (even cooking in a multicooker) is an art, but it does not tolerate fuss.

orlik, multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH10ATW, a good choice, despite some antiquity of the model.
I bought this cartoon about a year ago for 2500 rubles, in the DNS network. It looks like it was a sale of leftovers, because I never saw them anywhere else on sale. Later, for my son, I managed to buy the same only through AVITO.
Now I'm thinking whether to buy the 18th Panasonic, solely for the sake of baking ... the diameter of the pan is larger there, sometimes it's important.

Now I'm thinking whether to buy the 18th Panasonic,
I recently glanced at the prices for Panasikov 10 and 18, so my eyes flew out of the sockets.
My elder Panas18 is already ten years old, but I still love him.
Wiktor
Wildebeest, duck the track on AVITO is not forgotten ... I'll look there, if that ...
I would like to expand the kitchen, so that there is where to put all this equipment ...

So I just worry about this topic. We now sell cheap little used Panasonic 18s, how I want it ... and it pricks ...
I had the opportunity to use this model of a multicooker a couple of times - it’s not bad, especially for baking.
Wiktor
Here's for baking and I want it too.
So my ten bakes well, but the saucepan is too small in diameter (in some cases)
Sometimes it would be necessary to have something larger in terms of area - so that the cake was lower.

for baking, this model is just great, and biscuits and muffin dough, and chocolate on boiling water in the oven does not work at all, as in Panasonic 18

Yes, I keep thinking, the toad is pressing ... It turns out that Russian money is 1,500 rubles.
There is such a category of users - they poked buttons on the device a couple of times, they think that if the cartoon has not prepared what they wanted, then the device is junk, so this seller is multi.

Well ... while the essence and the matter is, my cheesecake with cottage cheese has ripened "Royal"

So what, tempter? ... Kick how to do it. And then look, put it out, choke here with saliva after work.
You still have a lot of snow ... We have almost none, only in the forest. It's not good ...
Wiktor
marinastom, yes, there is a lot of snow, a lot ... for the harvest ... if it does not carry everything with spring water.
And the recipe for this cheesecake is well known on the Internet.
Well, if you wonder how I did, then please, as they say, if you please:

Cheesecake "Royal"

Ingredients:
-Wheat flour - 2 tbsp;
- sugar: sand - 1 tbsp;
- butter - 200 g;
- cottage cheese - 0.5 kg;
- eggs - 3 pcs;
-soda - a pinch;
-vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp.

Preparation:
First, we need to cool the butter so that it is easy to grate it on a coarse grater. So we do it. Pour flour with soda and sugar (half the dose) into the butter and knead well with a fork. As a result, we will get such an oil-flour crumb. In a separate bowl, mix with each other: cottage cheese (it is better to take high-fat cottage cheese, the food will turn out tastier in the end), and sugar with eggs (I beat a little with a whisk). We take a mold, grease it with oil and pour half of our butter-flour crumbs in an even layer. Put the cottage cheese on top, level it and fill it with the remaining half of the crumbs. We heat the oven to 180-200 degrees and set our cheesecake to bake for 30 minutes (until golden brown).
If the cottage cheese is lumpy, it is better to rub it through a sieve, it will turn out softer. Personally, I whipped with a blender and added 1 tbsp. l. decoys. With semolina, the filling is more solid and juicy. But this is in my opinion. There is no semolina in the recipe.
---
Tasty cheesecake, of course - no doubt, royal. Confused only by the amount of oil. Usually we eat 200 grams of butter in a week ... one and a half, and here in a day ... well, for two ... It's a lot. The recipe is not for every day.

I got my cartoon yesterday, such a baby compared to my 5 liter pressure cooker ... lovely)
I read and study topics, a lot of where time is written + more time. the second time is meant for heating or just leave it off under the lid to cool?
and I'm looking for a recipe for the most delicious cottage cheese casserole, my eyes run up from the number of proposed
Wildebeest
orlik, time + time = general baking time. When you set the baking mode, the longest time can be set to only 65 minutes, but sometimes it is not enough. Therefore, we set the necessary time for baking.

yeah, thanks, how will it end, then reinstall it?
And yesterday, after the end of the extinguishing regime, she did not squeak something ... or did I not hear, getting used to the loud signal of my pressure cooker? she beeps at the end in all modes?

You think correctly.
The multicooker should beep in all modes. Apparently, yours squeaks tenderly.
orlik
and another question arose, here I have, for example, a baking program on which I fry something. and it lasts 30 minutes, but 10 minutes was enough for me, and I need to switch to another mode. which button to navigate through? off? and then use the menu to select the desired one?

Heating and then Menu.

I'll tell you a secret. When I bought Panas18, I was even a little afraid of him. And then she fell in love until she lost her mind.

yes, I'm afraid to poke something wrong myself, I wouldn't spoil it in one day))))))
And now I bought cottage cheese, two packs of 400 grams, total 800, probably a lot for such a baby? husband and daughter adore casserole, I want to please them in the evening

orlik, 800 gr is definitely a bit too much, and 400 is just that.

Can you ask for a reference to a proven recipe for a classic casserole, but without semolina?)

yes, I see this heap, that's why I am tormented by the choice))))
Thank you

orlik, and you do not suffer. First, choose the easiest one to execute.
orlik
and I have a curious question appeared on the risks on the cup. why is 1cup equal to 2 multicups?
Wildebeest
orlik, according to the manufacturer's idea, this is a multicooker with advanced rice cooker functionality. For eastern countries, the main ingredient is rice. So their risks are "rice".
I never bothered with that. The main thing is that the liquid should be no less than the lower risks and no more than the upper one.
orlik
Wildebeest, Thank you!

I baked a casserole! did not choose for a long time and used the recipe from the book. I was so naive before ... I thought that I would bake my husband and child, now I am an amateur
Now for practical questions:
1. what kind of cottage cheese to take (firm / homemade / soft in the intestine), so as not to suffer especially with whipping?
2. How to make sure that it does not fall off? maybe not open the lid until it cools down? I'm sorry for such beauty

orlik I have a Panasonic 18, but I will still answer, because it is the same for all multicooker (at 10 I cooked at a party):
1. Belarusian pasty cottage cheese in tubes, sometimes in five, packing 400 g; classic cottage cheese, as for cheesecakes, for casseroles in a slow cooker is not very good for me; I took it, I don't remember exactly which manufacturer, like Ostankino, in general, fat-free cottage cheese - I didn't like it
2. in my opinion, a non-falling cottage cheese casserole is a utopia, as it is not a biscuit, what is there to grow, how much is put - and taken out as much; so I even stopped using the mixer, I mix it with a whisk; I have a recipe based on starch (potato or corn, it depends on the desired result), but I tried many different ones, maybe before, when the child was small, they ate from 3 to 7 kg of cottage cheese a week (I wasn’t joking, maybe I baked the casserole from 1 kg of cottage cheese or every day, or every other)
orlik
Omul, about cottage cheese, thanks, I'll try to cook it out of the gut, you don't need to break it like that ...
and I will look for a recipe for myself. the one from the book is not ideal, although very tasty)

Look, there is no semolina here, only starch. There are my delights too. Maybe you will like it too- :)
louisa
orlik, my casserole does not fall off, but my recipe with semolina, I beat the whites separately, and grind the cottage cheese with the yolks and other ingredients, then gently stir in the whites, this casserole will turn out to be airy, try to cook using this technology. And yes, I'm glad for you, congratulations on your purchase))
orlik
Tanya-Fanya, thanks, I'll see!

and now my first reviews / questions about porridge)
happened to me this evening in the morning rice porridge 1: 5 (0.5 rice, 1.5 milk and 1 water). I expected to darken it on heating at the end of the regime, but it's good that I opened it! the consistency was already on the verge (I like thinner), and even grabbed in places! I pulled it out, of course, shoved it into the child, but for the future - more liquid? 1: 6? in the recipe according to the book, in general, 1: 4 is offered ...
and I can't figure it out with a glass. there is a risk of 0.8, there is 1.6 - it is clear that 1.6 - we take as a unit, 0.8 for 1/2, but where there is a glass full "under the knife". in the end, a whole glass is "under the knife" or 0.8?
and porridge for me with such proportions turned out to be too much. did someone make the minimum portion for the saucepan? What quantities should I take for these lines?

Added Thursday, 23 Mar 2017 08:24

louisa, Thank you! I also beat the whites separately and then mixed them in, but when I opened the lid, it turned from being very high in front of my eyes into some kind of tyuyuyuyu (((((
is it really the semolina then turns out? What recipe do you use? can really try? ...
anavi
orlik, I also like it thinner - all the time I make 1 to 6 - 80 ml cereals and 3 full glasses of milk plus water.
