Ingredients

Butter or margarine 150 g
Sugar 150 g
Eggs (large) 3 pcs
Coconut flakes 100 g
Wheat flour, premium 175 g
baking powder 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat butter at room temperature with sugar.
  • Add eggs to the oil mixture one at a time. If the eggs are small, then it is better to take 4 pcs.
  • In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, coconut flakes and baking powder, gradually add to the egg-oil mixture.
  • The consistency of the dough should be like a thick porridge.
  • Grease the mold with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, if necessary, and lay out the dough.
  • Bake in the oven at 180-200aboutFrom about 40-45 minutes.

Note

I baked in a rectangular shape 20x30 cm.
You can add a little cognac or rum to the dough, but not necessary.
