Did you make cold smoked wings? (I also have 1200), if on a cold one, then the chips do not completely burn out, you need to set the time for at least 30 minutes, if you set it to 10-15, then the chips will be almost whole, I have tried it more than once. In principle, you must first add a raw product on a hot one, and then on a cold one or immediately put a combination of cold + hot, try again. (sorry to fit in)

The smokehouse is not a disposable item. Have to say, since it is already smoked. But it is impossible to damage the iron tube (pin) by yourself if you did not saw it with a hacksaw, which means this is a mistake by the manufacturer. Let them present it to the Chinas.
