Our smokehouse is fast. Meat, fish, potatoes, rice, everything is wonderful and very fast. Everything is ready in 15-20 minutes. I just didn't cook the beans quickly, though I didn't soak them, I cooked the beans for 1 hour, for lecho with beans and then I cooked the lecho in a smokehouse.
