Ingredients

Kefir or sourdough in a bottle 500 ml
rice flour glass
buckwheat flour 0.5 cups
sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
salt 0.5 tsp
egg 2
olive, or vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
baking powder 0.5 tsp
optional
cognac 1.5 tbsp. spoons
cardamom taste
cinnamon taste

Cooking method

  • Actually, I came up with such a recipe. The search is not, therefore, I decided to lay out the audience on a strict court.
  • Glass 250 ml.
  • Kefir is best taken sour, it is more pleasant when your pancakes are sour. However, if it seems to you that they are too sour, or you do not like acid, everything is easily solved with a little soda on the tip of a knife. I got the best results on the Shatursky kefir (this is not found in Moscow) and on the Brest-Litovsk sourdough (note that the bottle is 400 grams, so you will need another 100 grams of milk)
  • Everything is prepared quite simply and quickly.
  • We mix sugar, butter, salt, egg and kefir, add cognac with spices and start stirring constantly to add rice flour.
  • We leave the resulting mixture for 10-15 minutes so that the rice flour is saturated with liquid.
  • Gradually pour in the buckwheat flour, stirring well. It is from buckwheat that the most lumps are. If it seemed to you that the mixture turned out to be too thick, that's okay, add baking powder and you get the desired consistency. It may turn out that a teaspoon of buckwheat flour will be superfluous, pour it back into the bag.
  • If the dough is too runny, the pancakes will sprinkle when poured onto hot oil and tear and crumple when turned over.

  • It is best to bake over medium heat, pour the dough over well-heated oil to get beautiful "nostrils".
