Cheese bread with dill on beer (oven)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 500 g
Light beer 300 ml
Sugar 3 tbsp
Baking powder 2 h l
Salt 1/2 tsp
Dill small bundle
Hard cheese 100 g
Butter about 30 g

Cooking method

  • Chop the dill, rub the cheese.
  • Sift flour into a bowl, add sugar, baking powder and salt. Add beer to the flour mixture and knead a homogeneous dough. Combine dill and cheese with dough.
  • If using a baking dish, grease it with oil. Lay out the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and put in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
  • Melt the remaining butter. Grease the dough that has come up. And send it to the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees. Remove from the mold and allow to cool completely.

Yesterday I baked this bread !!! Just a delight !!! Fragrant, soft, porous, not too dense and not too airy, just perfect consistency !!! It is done simply and quickly, now I will often have such a furnace. Only the cheese is not felt particularly in it, so next time I'll try to make it without it, but you can eat cheese with a sandwich.
