Funchoza with vegetables

Ingredients

funchose 100gr.
Bulgarian pepper 1\\2
Chilli 1 PC.
Garlic 3 teeth
Ginger 3 cm
Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l
Brown sugar 0.5 tsp
Olive oil

Cooking method

  • Pour boiling water over funchoza for 5 minutes, rinse with cold water.
  • Fry vegetables, very quickly (just a couple of minutes) add brown sugar and soy sauce, simmer for 5-10 minutes on the lowest heat. Add funchose and let everything be friends for about five minutes))). Green onions before serving.
  • If you are not fasting, add more shrimp, it will be fabulously delicious.

I also cook soups with funchose. Or just serve as a side dish, pour oil on it. They also add it to salads. So there is room for creativity.

Salad with funchose, vegetables and meat! I also make funchose with cucumber and garlic with Korean dressing. Mine really like it!
