Ingredients

Potatoes 600 g
Flour CZ 100 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying
Sauerkraut

Cooking method

  • These pies are for those who like to eat potatoes with sauerkraut.
  • Squeeze sauerkraut, finely chop and fry-stew until soft. I did it in a pressure cooker with vegetable oil (olive). Cool down. Boil the potatoes in their uniforms. Peel hot and mince. If it is allowed to cool, then there may be lumps. Although this is not critical.
  • Add flour, salt and knead the dough. The dough is very sticky, so we dust the table with flour.
  • Then we sculpt like ordinary pies and fry in vegetable oil.
