Cabbage cutlets

Ingredients

Fresh cabbage 1 small head of cabbage
Eggs 1 PC
Bread crumbs for mix 4 tbsp
Fresh dill 1 bunch
Salt pepper Taste
Sour cream for serving 100 g
Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp

Cooking method

  • Cut a small head of cabbage into several pieces and boil in salted water until lightly soft. Pour cold water over and let cool slightly. Pass through a large wire rack in a meat grinder along with the dill stalks. Leave the dill tops for the sauce. Add 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs and an egg to the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. The mixture will be gentle, but not runny. Pour the breadcrumbs into a small bowl. It's so convenient to pan. Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil in a preheated pan. Serve with sour cream mixed with chopped dill and salt.

Note

It took me about 40 minutes for all the manipulations.
