Ingredients

Butter 100-150 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Flour 160g I took 60g corn +100 wheat
Milk 150 ml
Cheese 150 g
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
A bunch of dill (I didn't have it this time)
Smoked sausage a few pieces

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs, add salt, sugar, add softened butter, milk, flour, fine cheese, if you use dill, then finely chop it. Stir everything thoroughly.
  • You can use a whisk, but I usually just use a spoon.
  • Bake in the oven, in the AG, in muffins. In the oven and AG for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180
  • I baked in Ves cupcake for about 12 minutes

In her kit, it was much more convenient, in my opinion, a "cutter" for a circle. First, it was double-sided, and not two separate circles. And for cutting out the lower part, the circle had 4 rays, that is, it turned out to be a circle with notches. Is it clear at least I'm writing? Maybe you, the owners, will try to make incisions, maybe it will be more convenient to lay an overlap, and not "wrinkles"? Although I don't know about the juice, it will probably flow out.

Polenta (muffin) with tomatoes and cheese.
Corn flour 11 tablespoons.

Mix the cornmeal and eggs with a mixer
Then add olive oil and milk ... stir again ... the mixture should be liquid - this is normal, as corn flour absorbs moisture well.
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes for a minute, then rinse with cold water and remove the skin from them.
Olives and green peas
Tear off the leaves from basil sprigs, wash and dry.
Cut Camembert and Dor blue into small cubes,
Mash the cheese with a fork and add to the corn mass.
Put the Camembert and Dor blue cubes in the same mixture ... add salt, add baking powder and mix.
Cover the form with baking paper, put a few tomatoes, olives and a few basil leaves on the bottom. I did not cover anything, I did it in a silicone mold.
Add the rest of the basil leaves to the dough and mix.
Pour the resulting mass into a mold, put all the tomatoes on top and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.

I did this specifically according to the recipe a hundred years ago, now I remove something, add something, the radical does not give a photo, I cannot show it.

Conclusion: if you bake cheesecakes for a beer party, then it is better to use suluguni or feta cheese in combination with some less salty hard cheese. In this case, salt from the dough can be excluded.
