Chocolate cake with milk and cherry jelly

Ingredients

Biscuit
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 1 glass
flour 1.5 cups
vanillin on the tip of a knife
salt pinch
soda 1 tsp
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
kefir 300 ml
Milk jelly
Cottage cheese 300 gr.
Sour cream 400 gr.
Condensed milk 1 can
Sugar 150 g
Gelatin 40 g
Red jelly
Cherry jelly 2 packs
Water 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Soak gelatin in 200 ml of water.
  • Bake a biscuit: beat eggs with sugar, extinguish soda with kefir and mix it with eggs, add salt, vanillin, cocoa and flour, mix everything and pour into a greased multicooker, bake until dry stick. You can also bake in a preheated oven at 180 *. Cool the sponge cake, cut into two even parts.
  • For milk jelly, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, condensed milk and sugar until smooth and add melted gelatin.
  • Put one cake into the bowl from the multicooker, pour some of the milk jelly onto it and remove for 10 minutes. in the refrigerator. Then put the next cake on the jelly and fill it with the rest of the jelly, put the bowl in the refrigerator.
  • Dissolve two packs of jelly in hot water, cool to room temperature and pour onto milk jelly, allow to harden.
  • Here's a cake turned out

Note

I came up with the cake myself, from the set of products that was at home, I really wanted something tasty and light. We liked the cake very much. The curd used its own made from frozen kefir.

Made your cake to my men on February 23rd
It was fun to pull it out - I didn't want to shake it out - I ran a thin spatula around the edges and shook it out on a large plate covered with a film, and then turned it over onto the main dish ... The only thing was that the white soufflé quickly solidified, so the top layer of the soufflé did not even out well and the cherry jelly turned out with bald spots ... But all the same, I really like it.
