Hassel potatoes

Ingredients

medium potatoes 8 pcs.
stale white bread 3 pieces.
grated Gouda cheese (any of your favorites) 50 gr.
olive oil (can be replaced with butter) 50 ml
salt. pepper to taste
for serving:
lettuce leaves
cut colored peppers into strips
olive oil. wine vinegar (lemon) 1 st. l.
yogurt sauce (mix all ingredients):
yogurt 200 gr.
dill 1 tbsp. l.
some lemon juice
salt. white pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • wipe the peeled and washed potatoes dry.
  • cut the potatoes without cutting through them completely. To do this, place the potatoes on a tablespoon and make deep cuts. the blade of the knife will rest against the edge of the spoon.
  • place the bread in a blender and crush it into crumbs. mix with cheese.
  • "stuff" the potatoes with cheese and bread crumbs, gently opening the cuts on the potatoes.
  • place the "stuffed" potatoes in a richly greased mold and grease the potatoes with a brush in the same way.
  • bake in preheated to 190-200aboutFrom the oven for about an hour. after 30 min. after the start of baking. grease the potatoes with oil again.
  • cover the dish with lettuce leaves and pre-marinated for 30 minutes. pepper in oil and vinegar.
  • serve with yogurt sauce.
