Note

One of the delicious lean recipes from the collection of Yaroslav Bogushevsky "Recipes of the Athonite monks", I decided to cook in the simplest rice cooker, I do not use any other dishes. It turned out delicious and hassle-free.
(V.V. Pokhlebkin argued that in order to cook a delicious soup, it must be cooked strictly with an OPEN LID, as a cook in a restaurant prepares.)
It turned out delicious.

Oksana, Thanks for the recipe, I must try. True, I somehow adapt to Cook 1054. But the technology is clear.

brendabaker, Oksana, thanks for the recipe! I will definitely cook it, there is the simplest Sinbo rice cooker-steamer, has been idle for a long time, now she will find work too!

I had a little SIMBO, fried potatoes in it, cooked lean ones.
Before buying a multicooker I gave it to the country. Then she regretted a handy little gadget.
Now I started another one as an assistant to the slow cooker, but it turned out that the lean is infused in it just fine, in short I can do without the slow cooker.

Oksana, tell me, what is such a rice cooker good for?

This is my former model, now I cook in oursson 1010, we have such a topic, I write reports there, what and how I cook in it.
The disadvantage of this particular OTTO model is the weak coating of the bowl.
Advantages, like all rice cookers, cooks pretty quickly, something can be left unattended. You can put it where the stove won't fit and cook something quickly.
When I bought it, it cost a penny, and it is all made of metal, does not stink of plastic, has a container-steamer.
Then I needed a model * with a dancing lid *, it rarely runs over the edge.
This model will have to change the plug for our sockets.
At the price that they are now being sold, I would not take it, I would take ourson, it has better pastries and a bowl coating
