Now I poured a multi-glass of water into the bowl, the center of the bowl remained clean, which means there is a slight bulge. I never paid attention to it, on "frying" I just greased the bowl with vegetable oil and cooked. When the bowl is empty, the bowl has moved slightly when you open it, but this is a cold pressure cooker. Indeed, when heated, the lid expands (I think so) and the bowl is filled with food, there certainly nothing rises. In this bowl, which I was checking now, I have not cooked yet, I bought a spare one, and the previous one is full with pickle. There were no problems here.

1) Brand 6051 has a power of 1000 watts, most standard multicooker has 850.

2) Buckwheat porridge (water + cereal) - situations: a) we throw the cereal into an ordinary slow cooker (the one in the reviews - supposedly cooks faster) - turn on the program, wait; b) toss the cereal into Brand 6051, turn on the program, wait for the pressure to rise - boil, wait. That is, the stages are the same here - bringing the water with cereals to a boil and then boiling. In Brand 6051, further boiling proceeds under pressure, that is, the liquid temperature reaches more than 100 degrees. Duck, in the reviews, contrary to logic, it is argued that the process of boiling and further boiling occurs faster with a lower heating power and liquid temperature.

I don’t know how others have, but I have buckwheat porridge with milk from the refrigerator from pressing a button to a finished product - 30 minutes.
