Ingredients

Apples 5 items
Flour 1.5 cups
Yogurt 1 glass
Butter 150 g
Egg 1 PC
Baking powder
To fill:
Sour cream 200 g
Egg 2 pcs
Sugar 200 g
Flour 2 tablespoons

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg with sugar, add yogurt, softened butter, baking powder and flour. Knead into a homogeneous mass and, having made a small side, put it in a mold, previously greased with butter and sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs - as you like.
  • Peel the apples, cut into thin leaves and place in a mold over the entire surface of the dough.
  • WE PREPARE FILLING
  • Whisk sour cream lightly,
  • 2 yolks and
  • 100 g sugar with flour.
  • Beat the whites separately with the remaining sugar.
  • We introduce proteins into the sour cream mass and mix everything with a blender.
  • Fill the apples with the resulting filling and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon on top.
  • Bake the pie for 45 minutes at 200 degrees.
