I was buying a book about bread. There obviously the blogger has recipes for Panasonic, but I don't get normal loaves from there. Segrdnya did a dietary one according to the recipe from the instructions, did it for the third time. There was a whole grain garnet today. It didn't work: (is it about flour? Before that I baked from another, all the times there were excellent rolls.
From the book, neither corn, nor from several types of flour came out :(

You have a wonderful bread! Straight, like home in childhood. Don't panic just yet. Perhaps the drive belt creaks - over time (several batches) it will get used to it.
Thanks for the support.

Can you upload a video, what would you listen to?
I'll try it if I get it next time.

please tell me someone bakes bread with rye sourdough? If the recipe contains 600 grams of rye flour, then do I need to put 600 grams of sourdough and 600 grams of flour in the recipe?

If someone has a proven recipe for HP, please give me.

Good afternoon to all bakers !!!!
I have been sitting underground for a long time, I read everything, I read ...
On Friday I took my Sonechka
Lyudkin, welcome to our forum, I wish you delicious bread, and that HP is a good helper for you and does not break.
Rina
lovinka, look for proven recipes in the section BREAD WITH SQUARE

and keep in mind that 600 grams of flour + 600 grams of sourdough is too much for a Panasonic. Here the maximum is a dough of 600 g of wheat flour! And in your case, this is 600 grams of rye (and the rye dough is much "heavier") plus sourdough, where at least half is also flour. I would halve the recipe.

There is no sound from your camera .. But it is very similar to the above example.
Wit
And in my opinion it is not very similar. For those few seconds I could not make out the work. Can't you record longer and louder? 4 seconds, how to pull the pin out of a grenade, throw it and hide: Baaah!

You can hear a creak, I have never creaked like that.

And I didn't hear anything terrible.

and why does the bucket swing so much during kneading, as if it were not fixed ...

and why does the bucket swing so much during kneading, as if it were not fixed ...
Exactly, and I drew my attention right now.

Luda, did you insert it at a slight angle and then turn it clockwise to fix it? Or maybe just exactly?

Or maybe it's not a bucket, but the whole HP sways so, the table is flimsy. Then maybe you can try to rearrange it to something strictly horizontal (I put it on a building level) and not shaky. Maybe because of this, a slight creak. set it as it should and it will pass. You can put it on the floor to look, it does not stagger, only so that it is horizontal. And then, closer to the walls, the floor is slightly higher, the builders were armless.
Lyudkin
Oh, I don't know what to do, next time I'll try to take it off again, but the bucket is wandering - maybe I really put it on the cord from the bread machine ...
I'm already straight for something and I'm afraid to turn it on, I called the online store, they said contact the service.

Nooooo put it in and rotate.
You can call Tanyusha.
Now I turned it on in idle, (on program 19) it works fine, but with the test

But what is it? And try to put another paddle, how will it be on it? And I checked the horizontal position of the installation. Because when there is dough there, it will be more strongly wobbled in the direction of the slope during kneading and rub there somewhere on the shaft.
You know, earlier there was already a video uploaded, so there really was a rattle, but you seem to have more of a whistle, a little rubbing somewhere. Can it get used to it over time? And look, is there a piece of dough that has dried up anywhere? Here it was. They removed it and everything worked out. Or does it squeak like that from the very first time?

No, nothing is stuck, I've already read about it.

I put a different one, but the sound is a little different, as with the first one, but maybe it’s like that for everyone (I wonder, did someone try different blades in idle?)

Dear bakers, thank you all very much for your advice! Today they finally brought us a bread maker 2502 was nowhere to be found, and, as they said in most stores, for at least a month, or even no one knows how long, and my wife and I decided not to steam with this additional dispenser and take 2501. And here is the first bread

NoSS, Congratulations on the stove and the first bread! This is just the beginning. I know from myself. As you start the oven, you can't stop it! And the store bread went through the forest and even further, which I wish you too.

Yes, I have not been friends with store-bought bread for 2 years already .. OLEG, my advice is to bake bread according to proven recipes from our website .. And most importantly, read the reviews. I always do this - there have been no mistakes. Good luck ...

Yes Yes. The same rake. Nice, of course. Question: I noticed that I eat much less of my own bread than I ate before in the store, although my own is much tastier. And why? I do not understand. True, a child just does not pass by bread. He will definitely pinch it off and send it to the roteshnik.

We also have a family
they began to eat much less bread,
but the youngest son only runs to the kitchen - Mom, bread!

Good day everyone!

I appeal to experienced Panasonic users - can you please tell me if it is possible to adjust the baking time in the "Baking" program?

The instructions say about the time: 30 minutes - 1 hour 30 minutes. How to change it within these limits, I did not find. Maybe the bread maker sets this time itself depending on the ambient temperature. Wednesday?

For me, by default, it always bakes only 30 minutes, but according to the recipe I just need 1 hour and 30 minutes. I tried to put on baking again after the end of the program, but the HP does not start, it gives an error that the device is too hot. What to do?
Rina
I almost immediately noticed that you were satiated with your bread much better. And also, when he lived with us, my father said that his heartburn was gone.

Expose "Baking", and then press the "timer" button and hold until the desired time is reached, then press "start".

In my opinion, it should not be so. I don't have such a squeak. Maybe you have it unevenly? it feels like the scapula is scraping along the bottom of the bucket from one side

Add a little flour 1-2 tbsp. l. one by one! You have a liquid dough! You see, it stuck to the walls of the wind and doesn't come off at all! And the dough should rotate in the bucket! Spin like a top with a bun!

Ludmila, The sound is clearly different from mine, that something is not right for you, as it works hysterically. When I was choosing a model, I got one review with such a problem, there the hostess took it to the service (wrote about her struggle with the service) so she was returned to her after a couple of days, instead of the promised 2 months, completely without sound, they said that everything was fixed, and what there was a reason not explained.
MariV
Thanks everyone for the answers! I also hope the smell will pass! It was just that there was no smell from the first panasonic. In general, I am happy as an elephant! I have already tried it, kneaded the dough on "dumplings", kept it cold in the night, then warmed it up on "Test" "One-grain with raisins", and baked it on "Pastry" - an hour 10 minutes. The result is!

By the way, I noticed that after three times, for the fourth, it became more powerful. The shadows must have gotten hotter. "Reached its design capacity." The bread rose better. More beautiful and smoother to bake. Is that true for me, or for all the Panas? Model 2501.
MariV
It was like that with the first stove, I haven't noticed with this one yet.

I have 2502 and also after the first breads I switched to bright crust on a baking, because the middle one has become too fried, on the usual I bake on average

Share your experience. I plan to buy 2501 strictly for baking shivering. from sprouted wheat. Is it worth taking this model or for such bread you need an oven with the ability to set your own program like kenwood?
marinastom
Today it seemed to me that the oven likes to knead more dough. I somehow did everything from 400gr. Today I decided to make pies, I took 600g of flour according to the recipe for egg bread from a book. Well, there is no way without variations - instead of water and milk powder, kefir. Pressed yeast. The stove, although it was hard to knead, had to add some water, but kneaded quietly, confidently, without extraneous noise. And at 400, no, no, yes it rattles. Maybe it, like a car, sometimes needs to be given more loads so that it does not stagnate.

There is no way to save your programs on Panasonic, but it is easy to knead and bake. I knead rye on the pizza setting. Then I turn it off for 1.30 minutes to rise and then turn on the baking. You can knead with any suitable program in the DESTINATION section and then turn on the baking for the desired time. That is, there are options to independently conduct the cooking process.

Good day! Take a young baker to your place, bought Panas 2502. The first bread is excellent, correct, the kids ate right away, and the size was maximum. But now I want to bake bread with pressed yeast, but how to add them is not
I understand, you can't put it in a dispenser? Help advice who bakes with ordinary yeast in this model
