Girls and boys, I congratulate everyone! True, everyone! It's bullshit, women's day! Where can we go without men? Whom shall we love, whom shall we feed, for whom shall we bake bread? Be all happy, loved, desired! And please us all here for a long, long time! I love everyone very much. Yesterday I congratulated my daughter on her 20th birthday, there was no time to look at you, I was so bored, horror! But she came in, read how she had seen everyone. For you!

Happy Holidays everyone! Good mood to you all!

I bake 4 loaves of bread. Everything is super :) though two of them were baked from a mixture, maybe I'm waiting for a purchase to buy malt. Now I have supplied it from whole grain flour. Waiting :)

I'm baking my favorite with prunes again! : yahoo: I am very interested in why bread always tastes better in Panasonic? Yesterday I baked Turkish ... not bread, but an edible cloud * JOKINGLY * I bake according to my old recipes - bread is now tastier, higher, more airy .. I am not overjoyed with my bread machine

Of course .. Turkish bread: yeast-1.5 tsp. wheat flour-600 gr. salt-1 tsp sugar-1. tsp rast. oil-1.5 tbsp. l. milk-370 ml. The main mode is 0.1. Size-XL. The crust is medium. For some reason, my recipe says 300 ml. I added milk ..

With whole grain in what proportion (if not a mixture)? And how are you doing?

Hello dear bakers! I use a lot of recipes from the site. Different. To be honest, without a website, as without hands. Yesterday I decided to "dilute" the menu with a recipe from the instructions for cotton, chose the dough "Moscow buns", thought to bake buns. But taking the prescription products I got a batter. Of course, no buns will work. Has included "baking" for 1.10 hours. A wonderful "cake" was baked (very similar to taste).
Should such a dough be, or is there something wrong? (I searched by topics, but I could not find about this dough)

Girls, you just don't laugh. But those who had other HP before, did it take a long time to retrain the ingredients in a different order? And then I want a Panasonic, but somehow I'm afraid of jambs, knowing my absent-mindedness
Elena 65
I didn't bake a bun, I looked according to the recipe there is no balance in flour-liquid For example, in my night cream there is 550gr. dry substance for 380 ml. liquid (I count the egg as liquid 50 ml.) and here 600 gr. dry and 200 + 200 (4 eggs) +200 margarine total 600 ml. too much liquid, even sugar when it dissolves adds volume and there is as much as 250 gr. There is no balance, you can safely add flour.
Elena 65
Today a new experiment on "Creamy" (night)https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=197192.0 threw 2 eggs and reduced the milk by 50 ml. The result - the loaf crawled out of the mold and fell a little short of the lid, did not expect it, thought to make a yellow one (I remember Maria's experiment with an egg). I liked the taste more egg.

I "retrained" only while baking with dry yeast. And with "wet" no difference. Moved from Moulinex.

From my own experience: Panasonic is much simpler and easier. I had another bread maker before her, so I was tense with her, but when I bought Panasonic, I was convinced how much smarter she is and forgiving jambs.

I tried to put it in my bucket and so and so, there is no difference in the final result. I didn’t like it when the flour was on top, because it was "dusty" a lot. You can cover the bucket with a napkin, but one day I forgot to take it off and .... I remembered about it when the foreign smell appeared. I didn't experiment anymore.

Yes, it goes without saying. Why am I afraid, I will start to fall asleep with dry ingredients, but I will not put the yeast, then, out of habit, I will throw it on top and fill it with liquid. Well, I say, I'm an absent-minded lady. Moreover, I have been using my LV for 10 years, everything has been brought to automatism, I download many recipes without hesitation. And the fact that Panasonic are wonderful stoves, I have no doubts.

Sorry, please, I forgot to clarify, I bake with compressed yeast. She refused dry ones almost immediately.
If cotton with two dispensers, you probably can not worry about yeast.

Yes, I was tormented for a long time, re-read the topic. The soul does not lie to the dispenser. Everything was decided by the price - it is very chocolate on Ozone

I noticed that the "Delete" button in the mail is next to the "Spam" button. If you poke by mistake ... And this is simple - the buttons are nearby.

Hello! Recently we bought a Panasonic 2501 Bread Maker. Exactly this, because it bakes rye bread. They baked according to recipes from the instructions: custard rye and rye with bran, and also from the ready-made mixture of Borodinsky. In principle, everything worked out and even delicious, but the bread inside was slightly damp. I heard that rye should be like this, but how much? Are there any criteria or standards for what it should be? Or maybe everything is great with me and I'm just picky? I baked with dry yeast, in the future I want to try it with "raw" and sourdough. I haven't figured out how to post a photo yet ...

I've heard that if you cut a rye knife with a knife and the knife becomes "dirty" (or I don't know how to put it) from the bread, then rye has turned out as it should be. I don’t know if it’s a standard or a fairy tale.

And adjust to the bread! We all poked like kittens at first. Fortunately, the nurses here do not let the abyss go, they will always help. And in everything, not only in bakery.

Hi, congratulations on the "new thing". On rye - it feels "moist", white and "gray" breads are drier. Don't worry. Time 50-60 minutes. baking is enough.

Rinochka, and the other day I baked your 50 * 50. Yes, then I suddenly remembered that the apple cider vinegar was over, barely enough for the last time. Shaw to do, and I've already put everything in the bucket. In general, since March 8, half a bottle of Champagne is left (we are useless drunks). So I splashed 20 g into the dough. And it all worked out! Both the recipe is good, and the HP is a miracle that it simply cannot but come out, no matter how mowed it is.
But it tastes better with vinegar. This one came out without sourness, and sweets - more than enough. Champagne, besides, turned out to be semi-sweet. It would have been better to drink it!

Good day everyone, I bought a 2501 bread maker today, I have not yet had time to try it, so I want to ask who knows, there is a book in the oven for baking bread for Panasonic ovens (thick as a laptop) and so, it does not say what model it is for, but apparently for 2502, because it is often written in recipes: load all the ingredients (except yeast) and put the yeast in a dispenser special for them. That is the question, how can these recipes be applied to 2501? there is no yeast dispenser!

Everything is the same, only you throw yeast under the flour. NOT FORGET... First it is tense, and then you do it automatically.

Frant, welcome to the friendly company of Panasonic growers!

To start, take a look at the first page of the topic, there is a guide for beginners with all the necessary links to successfully start the baking era in your life.

My advice is to start with the standard recipes from the "native" instructions. And even better (and this option is almost a win-win) - take recipes from the forum. They are tried-tried by many real people.
PS As for a beautiful book, please note that there seems to be panifarin (gluten, gluten) in almost all recipes. This is an optional and not always necessary component for baking.

Hello dear bakers.
I bought a Panasonic SD-2502, I am very pleased with the purchase, I live on disability for six months in the city, and six months in the countryside. There are problems with the quality of bread in the village. So far, I'm taking the first steps strictly according to the instructions for the bread maker. First bread "regular white" menu 01 size L.
Bread makers Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (3)
The second bread of the "custard" menu 07.
🔗
The third bread "milk" menu 01 size M.
🔗
I did not interfere with the process, the saf-moment yeast was poured into the dispenser. Everyone liked the bread.
