Lazy dumplings with garnish

Ingredients

minced meat (I have pork) 0.3 kg
dumplings dough
onion 1 PC
carrot 1 PC
bell pepper (I have a dry mixture)
seasoning (any, for gravy)
ketchup 1 tbsp. l.
buckwheat for garnish

Cooking method

  • The dish is bananal, old, maybe already forgotten, or maybe many people make it.
  • But still I decided to post it here. If you already have this, I apologize. Delete.
  • Prepare minced meat as usual - meat, onion, salt, pepper.
  • Prepare the dough as for dumplings (here my favorite bread maker helps me out, the dough recipe from the instructions for it)
  • In a frying pan (I immediately take a deep and voluminous one) I prepare a gravy - fry the onions, carrots, threw in a mixture of bell peppers, added seasoning for sauces (or others), ketchup, warmed up slightly, added water and stewed until tender. You can make any other gravy as you like.
  • From the dough I rolled out rounds like for dumplings, slightly larger in diameter (about 8-10 cm), smeared them with minced meat, twisted them with a roll, pinched them a little on top so that the roll would not spin. I put them in ready-made gravy, and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Buckwheat cooked in a multicooker on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Try who has not tried it yet. You might like it.

You can also bake, only you need, I think, that there is a lot of liquid. The dough absorbs a lot when cooking. That is, so that the rolls are cooked and not dry.
