There is no sugar in the recipe.
The taste is 1000% different from curd! If Philadelphia (aka Almette, for example, or something from creamy) is replaced with cottage cheese, then you get Swiss cream.
The recipe goes:

White chocolate - 225 gr. (melted and cooled)
Cream cheese - 375 gr. (Philadelphia type cheese, whipped with butter until smooth)
Oils - 170 gr.

Strawberry interlayer

400g strawberries
300g sugar
20g gelatin
So, I defrosted the strawberries, chopped them with an immersion blender, added sugar, boiled them, removed them from the heat. Melted gelatin was poured into the berry mixture. During cooling (put the saucepan in baboutlarge container of cold water) periodically beat this mixture with a blender.

When the mixture began to "set", I applied it on the soaked biscuit cakes laid out on the table in several steps, allowing the previous layer to strengthen a little (for speed it is better to put it in the refrigerator).

Since gelatin "takes away" flavor and color, red dye could have been added, but I didn't have it. The taste remained pronounced strawberry and went well with bnana and kiwi.

Due to this, the jelly cream needed a minimum, just to cover the layer of fruit and hold the cakes together.
Of course! It turned out very tasty and pleasant in the mouth, despite the fact that it was an impromptu night.
