mary_kyiv, thank you, thank you, thank you for this wonderful lubricant and for the melted butter in AF!
Everything is so simple and easy, I didn't even expect it!
And the classic: what prevented me from doing this before!

Made oil oil. I bought lecithin in granules on Ozone (200 gr 380 r). Oil - refined corn. 1 part lecithin and 2 parts oil (by volume!), Without proofing, swelling and heating - into a blender. I whipped at the 3rd speed (there are 4 of them possible) for about a minute. I poured it into a jar, put it in the refrigerator. Shake before use, apply in a thin layer - straight with grains. It works better than 3-part grease, although I am grateful to it too, all "factory" aluminum molds have successfully served for many years thanks to it. But I liked the lecithin better. True, next time I will also buy a liquid one, so as not to be fooled with washing the blender.

I made it with corn grease, the bread just flew out like a bullet, I have new forms in which they bake at the bakery, I baked without lubrication for the first time in them and thoroughly worn out while knocking the bread out of the mold, which I liked besides the speed at which the bread took off) the form is clean, not on the walls no grease residues, no bread crumbs, rubbed the mold and into the bag until new baked goods. Thank you
