Tyrolean salad

Ingredients

boiled egg 4 things.
bulb onions 1 PC.
boiled potatoes 2 pcs.
apple green 2 pcs.
mayonnaise 200 gr.
pomegranate seeds handful

Cooking method

  • Three eggs on a coarse grater, put in a salad bowl (1 layer)
  • Finely chop the onion (if the onion is bitter, pour it over with boiling water) (2 layer)
  • Coat with mayonnaise (3rd layer)
  • Three apples on a coarse grater (layer 4)
  • Finely chop boiled potatoes (5 layer)
  • We coat with mayonnaise (6 layer)
  • Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds (layer 7)
  • Pour the grains abundantly, they give the salad a sweet and sour tart note, it will only be tastier.

I'm not sure that they know about such a salad in Tyrol, I found it a long time ago in some magazine and wrote it out. The salad is unusual and delicious.
My mayonnaise is so yellow because I made it with homemade eggs using mustard oil.

Light salad, at the same time balanced. I don't like pomegranate in salads, so I didn't add it. The red sweet onions fit very well.
I mixed up the order of the layers, which did not stop me from enjoying the taste. Next time I'll make the layers by
