  • Grind honey with soft butter, I do everything with a blender, then an egg, sugar, mix seasoning with 1 tablespoon of water, soda, flour.
  • Make a dough, should not stick to your hands and refrigerate, do not freeze. You can do it in 2 hours, or maybe stay in the refrigerator for several days, it does not affect the quality.
  • Roll out 0.5 cm, I do it thinly, they will rise slightly and grow. Squeeze out the gingerbread with molds, put on baking paper and bake at 180 degrees, until a wonderful cinnamon color. I make holes right away so that you can thread a ribbon or string, they look wonderful on the tree. If desired, you can pour with glaze, sprinkle with nuts
  • They are prepared very simply, they are stored for a long time and are suitable for coffee or tea ... Happy New Year !!!
