Ingredients

Wheat flour 200 g
Milk 100 ml
Egg 1 PC
Potatoes 0.5KG
Ghee butter 3 tbsp. l.
Bulb onions 1 PC
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Knead the unleavened dough and let stand. Then cut into small pieces and roll each into a thin cake.
  • Bake the tortillas in a preheated frying pan, greased with fat, until golden brown.
  • Minced meat:
  • Peel and boil the potatoes, crush them in mashed potatoes, add preheated milk, melted butter, chopped and sautéed onions. Mix.
  • Put the potato filling on half of the flatbread, then fold the flatbread, cover the filling, brush with melted butter.
  • (Put the minced meat on hot cakes so that they do not break at the fold.)
  • Serve hot.
