Good day! I bought myself just such a terechka from the Kirovsky plant. Works great. Attached to the table with what they call a vacuum suction cup. You can't take it off the table, and when you're done, just the lever up and everything is removed. Easily disassembled, PM washes. Overall beauty

Oops, I just had an acute attack of devaysophilia, and I succumbed to a spontaneous purchase and took a diser for myself in a five (it's called for bread, yeah ...). Fortunately, he cost 300r there, knives and plastic touched and smelled - like, not terrible. Now the biggest problem is to come up with a chop for them - in the house before the weekend fair there are only remnants of cucumbers and apples from fruit vegetables. Maybe I'll figure out a salad for myself for lunch and report on the results.

I am reporting.

Cucumber-cabbage-apple salad is ready. In general, of course, it would be better for a Berner to roll for this business, since I still cut with straw. The cucumber could be pressed on a small one - it came out too large in my opinion, or cut the pieces even shorter - cut with a bang. I cut the cabbage into a large one - it cut, contrary to doubts, also with a bang - only on the last external larvae it was necessary to make an effort. Although the small cabbage cell looks unusual. I decided to make an apple on a shallow one. Either the potmou, which is generally tighter with the small one, or even why - half of the apple went down hard. The skin did not break through - I had to cut it with a knife and crush it. Although in the recipes there apples are honestly ordered to be peeled, and even a vegetable peeler is attached, which was not mentioned on the box (sort of). The kit looks like not very "singed" - I saw much more dubious copies, and I didn't want to take them in due time. A normal box with normal printing, each bag inside with some kind of branded print, a book with recipes and even a disc with some kind of video in the kit (I suspect that I haven't watched the original advertised demo yet). I haven't really understood yet whether it will be in constant use for me, but it's definitely good to indulge from time to time. For little things like radishes and strawberries, it should be good (I think).

If you plan the salad on yourself, then it is convenient to fill and mix it in a container - you pour and fill in the seasonings, close the lid and shake it a couple of times (like glasses with salad in a potato crumb). How the fair will be - I'll buy it for a vinaigrette of good, and I'll find out, nakoents, what it is - salad cubic happiness))
Ernimel
It appears like this. I tried the vinaigrette. It was ... funny. Probably, no one has given SO a vinaigrette yet, and the neighbors probably thought that we had a major overhaul ..

Raw vegetables - carrots, potatoes and beets - sliced on a thick berner. They were cut wonderfully, and I was looking forward to a cube buzz .... 2-3 cups of potatoes cut through with tension, I had to tap a little for the final cut. I literally knocked the carrots out of him (2-3 circles in the same way) - I hammered the lever with decent force. I could not cut a circle of beets in any way - neither with a blow nor with a push, I decided to even try to press it with my knee - nifiga, it was blocked and that's it. I cut it from the bottom with a knife - after that I somehow hollowed out a little bit ... as a result - I cut the beets with my hands. The funny thing is that my beetroot torment withstood the device - the blades were still there, the plastic was also intact, the only thing that cracked one fastening "ear" in the large container ...And now I don’t know now - either I did something wrong (it’s interesting, what could have been done WRONG?), Or I still have a completely Chinese “non-riser” (but then why is he still alive, if they almost hit it with a hammer ???), then I don't know what to think ...

By itself, I liked the connection between the Berner and the Diser very much. Now the task is to understand what I need to take in order to cut normally? The next time, however, I think here to steam the beets directly in circles, and then to cut it ... should he take the boiled one? Or I have not understood everything so, and it is necessary to cubic everything boiled in general?

Here, apparently, which one you get. My first Nice was bought on the market and honestly worked for two years. The smallest lattice I used in both the tail and mane broke. I bought the second one there, the lattice died a month later. And then my husband offered to buy the original in a TV shop, it would be better if I bought 4 on the market with this money, you look at some and worked for at least a year. So now I have three nice and medium grills and I dream of a new one. I really like the little cubes.

Raw vegetables - carrots, yo

Ernimel
, I had an instruction in the Niceser and there in black and white - cut boiled vegetables. The biggest liberty on my part is fresh and salty. cucumbers on it. Olivier and vinigrette with fur coats for the third year in buckets Bought on the market for about 18 USD e.
PS I forgot ... I still rig the potatoes on a coarse grater to put out and fry in a cartoon.
Ernimel
(I decided to read the instructions)

no nifiga about boiled! there is about what is recommended to cut in halves, and large ones - in parts in 1 \ 3 - 1 \ 4 to achieve an optimal result. And wet the blades before working for better glide. ALL. the rest - instructions for cleaning-assembly, etc.

True, I found out that they recommend pressing on the container too, it seemed more convenient to me on the purely lever itself ... But next time I'll try boiled-steamed ones. I just thought that boiled ones can be suppressed, especially potatoes ...

Well, it mastered fresh cabbage here before that and an apple on a small one ...

I looked at the iron alligator - for that kind of money, a whole herd of fat toads would crush me. But I almost want him ...

I have a nice baked on a carrot - the blades are bent (on an insert with large cells), sent it under the sink ... now I have an iron Alligator - raw beets cut into circles by Berner, cuts like paper, it's convenient to make vinaigrette - beets in cubes for a couple , after 5 minutes the carrots are diced there, after another five - the potatoes are diced and after 10 minutes everything is ready ...
matroskin_kot
I have an iron alligator. Plows like a beast ... But the price was more "human", I also had a decent discount, that is, I was lucky, so lucky ... Any okroshka-olivier-fur-coat can be chopped with buckets ... Before that was , but plastic ... Die ... Hot b and Alligator. And a piece of iron - it is - a piece of iron ... Only heavy, well, and when you "fall" to him, you try to tip over. The center of gravity shifts a lot. But - I have it. The daughter somehow very famously cracks down on him ... Onions, fresh-salted cucumbers, for one or two ...

but what is the problem, I don’t understand ... boiled on a neiser, the rest on a berner.
Ernimelare you not a famous Bernese owner?

I cut raw carrots, potatoes, zucchini, eggplant, and onions on Nyser from TVshop. For about 5 years already. During this time, plastic teeth were blown out in some places, as well as TTT
Ernimel
boiled on a neiser, the rest on a berner.
Duc cubes are necessary, and I am too lazy to master the cubes on the berner, and I don't want to soar the beets for an hour ...

Although I have so far defined a strategy for myself - to plan and steam circles on the berner, and then steamed circles to the diser. I wonder how much time it will take for a mug? The cubes were steamed in 10-15 minutes on two tiers, and you won't be able to keep the uncut ones for less than half an hour ..... In general, the salad is super-came out, this is the first time I have cooked vegetables in it for a vinaigrette in the entire time of owning a double boiler.

Omela, I think that 5 years ago they did not make a frank mass paleov yet. And now it seems that tvshop is not a guarantee either. So I took mine for 300 - in fact, he survived the ordeal. And although I cut the beets raw and really oaky with my hands, but the fact that it didn’t die is a plus, how many reviews about how the onion insert dies from the “branded”, for example .. and I also thought that it makes sense to in particularly hard cases, lubricate the blade a little, with sunflower oil, for example. All slides are greater.

ps: and nevertheless the iron crocodile will not give me rest now ... And everything is iron in it, right? Not only the body, but also the soldering of the blades, etc.?
matroskin_kot
The alligator has a plastic frame - only grated frame. But, durable. And a plastic container for ready-made cubes ... And, so - heavy, well, the knives are sharp, I somehow foolishly ran my fingers - I tried to wash without a brush, or rather, rinse ... My fingers were all cut
Giraffe
On my first market nyser, I cut everything with raw materials, including beets. On 2 year was enough. A friend has 3 market nicers, the bars are all intact, but the base has burst. Damn, the grates don't fit mine. They customize them, like keys on a piano. Or do they change the size of each batch on purpose?

Girls, why do you need to clutter the kitchen with unnecessary devices? After all, there is Burner, but he can do anything.
I have a Vitek meat grinder with different graters, it rubs perfectly, but grated vegetables turn out like on a simple Soviet grater.
Looking for cubes? Just two 7 mm Burner inserts, or two 10 mm inserts will make them for you in a matter of minutes, and they do not take up much space, unlike combines.

ideally, you want all kinds: grater, shredder, raw and boiled .. about cubes - even keep quiet .. it's just a dream ..

I now have a Bosch harvester with a staaaaaaray model .. the disc-grater has broken .... The functions of chopping with knives, a shredder, and a blender remain. but the bowl is large .. for one carrot, you usually don't want to wash the harvester ..

It turns out that rubbing now - in general, only with handles on an ordinary grater with effort ... shredding and chopping with knives - only in large volumes, in small - with handles, cubes - with handles ...

Throwing out the harvester - buying a new one for one grater - the toad crushes, and even a separate vegetable cutter for small volumes - for boiled vegetables, a separate one for raw vegetables, a separate one for cubes ...
I can't find a grater instead of a broken one for my combine, because the model is old, only in Moscow and then at a good price ...

In theory, you just need money for a Bosch cube, Niser-Diser and Berner))))))) bypassing unfinished repairs, the lack of some furniture, money for rest, etc.

Just take two identical knife inserts 7 or 10 mm (the second is purchased separately), one is inserted into the frame, the second is placed on the table. And here is the holder with the vegetable, first move along the insert on the table, but not in the direction of the arrows, but in a way that cannot be done according to Berner. Then it is already correct to draw along the Burner. As a result, there are cubes in the box. Something like that.
